Thank you for choosing P3D! We want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D prints. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our procedures for refunds, returns, and order cancellations.

Refunds

We aim to ensure that all products meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to address your concerns.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your 3D print arrives damaged or is defective, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
  • Incorrect Orders: If there is an error in the fulfillment of your order and you receive the wrong item, we will gladly issue a refund or send the correct item.

Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects or errors on our part, please contact us within [number of days] days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will issue a refund for the product’s cost.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order and issue a refund if the production process has not begun. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
